Job Context

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and customer-focused professional for the position of Showroom Lead (Tiles & Sanitary). The incumbent will be responsible for overall showroom operations, achieving sales targets, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining showroom discipline, and leading the sales team effectively. The role also requires market development, customer relationship management, and preparation of sales-related reports to support business growth.

Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree from any reputed university, preferably with a major in Marketing.

Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets of tiles and sanitary products.
• Prepare monthly sales budgets and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and corporate clients.
• Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports including stock in/out, sales summaries, sales ratios, receipts, and money collection sheets.
• Ensure proper showroom display, cleanliness, and product arrangement for better customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding products, sales, and after-sales service professionally and promptly.
• Supervise and monitor showroom employees, provide guidance, and ensure discipline and productivity.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Keep updated knowledge regarding company products, pricing, and competitor products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, rules, and regulations.
• Coordinate with management, warehouse, and accounts department for smooth showroom operation.

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in tiles & sanitary showroom sales.
• Dynamic, passionate and high energy to lead and motivate team.
• Target-oriented, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Smart, professional, and capable of leading a sales team effectively.
• Willing to work outside Dhaka as per company requirements.
